| The Pirates selected Robles in the AAA portion of the 2006 Rule 5 draft, and brought him to the United States in 2007, after spending previous time with the New York Mets’ Dominican Summer League squad. Robles has had limited success in his career as a reliever in the minors, with a low walk ratio, and a decent K/9 ratio. He has yet to perform above A-ball, and isn’t anything more than organizational depth in the AA bullpen. |
