Levsen wasn’t rated in Baseball America’s top 190 prospects out of California.  His numbers looked good in high school, but nothing overly dominant.  He has a commitment to Point Loma University, so it really depends on whether he wants to play professional baseball, and whether the Pirates have a spot for him.  I’m guessing he will be another backup option to the prep pitchers in the earlier rounds.
