The Pittsburgh Pirates announced on Friday night that they have signed 18th round pick AJ Graham, a prep shortstop out of Florida.
Graham is the mystery man of the draft, with almost no information on him other than his stats from his senior year. He hit .348/.414/.512 with two homers and 12 steals. He comes from an athletic background, with his mom playing volleyball in college and his dad playing college football. He’s 6’3″, 180 pounds, right-handed hitter. He turns 19 years old on October 2nd.
