The Pittsburgh Pirates have transferred third baseman Ke’Bryan Hayes to the 60-day IL, per Jake Crouse of MLB.com.
Injury updates from Shelton:
Ke'Bryan Hayes going to 60-day IL (nothing new with injury, same progression, more time)

Hayes went down with a wrist injury on April 3rd, and suffered a setback on April 22nd. He has since been taking swings, and there was some hope he could return by mid-May. This move will keep him out through the start of June.
Also on the injury updates, Colin Moran goes to the 10-day IL with a groin injury. Crouse notes that Todd Frazier will get the majority of reps at first base.
Troy Stokes Jr. was recalled, due to lower body soreness from Bryan Reynolds, which has Reynolds day-to-day.
