The Pittsburgh Pirates (5-8) are at Miller Park (now known as American Family Field) for a three-game set against the Milwaukee Brewers (7-5), starting tonight at 8:10 PM. The Pirates are sending out JT Brubaker for his third start, while the Brewers are countering with right-handed pitcher Adrian Houser, who is also making his third start. Houser has allowed two runs over ten innings of work this season. Brubaker gave up one run over four innings in his debut, then allowed one run over 5.1 innings in his second start. He has ten strikeouts in 9.1 innings.
Before the game, the Pirates placed Michael Feliz on the injured list and recalled Sean Poppen.
