Pirates Avoid Arbitration with All Nine Remaining Players

Today’s the deadline for teams to exchange arbitration figures or with some teams known as “file and trial” clubs, the last day to agree on a deal before they go to arbitration to settle the case. The Pittsburgh Pirates had nine players eligible still, though two have settled. The deadline was today at 1 PM, but some numbers will definitely come out after that time. We will update the settlements here, starting with Kyle Crick agreeing to an $800,000 salary

Richard Rodriguez agreed to a $1.7 M deal

The remaining players are:

Steven Brault

Adam Frazier

Chad Kuhl

Colin Moran

Joe Musgrove

Stay tuned for more.

I updated the list above to show just five more remaining.

UPDATE #2: Pirates announce that everyone has agreed, so we will get the numbers as they come out and post them below. No arbitration hearings there year.

Here they come:

and Moran.
