The Australian Baseball League began play today with one game. No Pirates saw action during the first day. Unfortunately for the prospect follower crowd here, Solomon Maguire isn’t on the active roster for the first series of the season. In Australia, teams set their rosters before each series. Beau Sulser, Robbie Glendinning, Bligh Madris and Brandan Bidois are also in the league, but none of their teams were playing today
