Here’s the list of other players who need to be tendered a contract by 8 PM tonight, so expect more news and possible agreements, which we will post as updates in this article.
Josh Bell, 1B
Steven Brault, LHP
Kyle Crick, RHP
Michael Feliz, RHP
Adam Frazier, 2B
Chad Kuhl, RHP
Colin Moran, DH
Joe Musgrove, RHP
Richard Rodriguez, RHP
Jacob Stallings, C
Chris Stratton, RHP
Jameson Taillon, RHP
UPDATE: The Pirates announced that they have declined to tender a contract to right-handed pitcher Clay Holmes. They also announce the Gonzalez deal, as well as agreed to deals with Jameson Taillon and Michael Feliz. In other news, Will Craig cleared waivers and has been sent outright to Indianapolis. He will remain in the system, as he doesn’t have the option to declare free agency. We should hear contract totals with Taillon and Feliz soon. I’ll update the article if/when we get those numbers. Everyone else has been tendered a contract and will now exchange arbitration figures (or settle prior to that deadline).
