G1: Ponce vs. Bauer
G2: Keller vs. DeSclafani— Kevin Gorman (@KevinGormanPGH) September 14, 2020
In a season where there’s very little to get excited for when watching the Pirates, having the top young pitcher on the mound is definitely a highlight. We haven’t seen much of Keller this year, and there’s not much time left, with only 16 games remaining. On a normal five day schedule, Keller could get three starts the rest of the year, including today’s game.
I’m not sure if that tells us anything about what to expect from Keller in 2021. At the very least it will be good to see him a few times the remainder of this season.
