The Pittsburgh Pirates (4-13) take on the Cincinnati Reds (8-11) in game two of a four-game series at Great American Ball Park tonight. The Pirates won 9-6 on Thursday night in the opener. Chad Kuhl will be on the mound tonight, taking on right-handed pitcher Sonny Gray, who will be making his fifth start. Gray has a 2.25 ERA, an 0.92 WHIP and 35 strikeouts in 24 innings. Kuhl is making his second start and fourth overall appearance. He has given up two runs over nine innings so far this season.
If you missed it from earlier, the Pirates have a crazy travel schedule (especially compared to Cardinals) to make up the three postponed games from earlier this week.
