I was talking with Max Kranick for this months article over at Baseball America (which you can read here) when he discussed how he has been working with Vic Black on strengthening his shoulder to prevent late-season fatigue and injuries.
That made me feel old, because I feel like it was just yesterday that I was talking with Black about his own shoulder injuries when he was a prospect in the system. Kranick and Black have talked about that, and Black has been using newer Driveline tools that weren’t around for his career. Check out the article over at BA for more on what Kranick has been working on, including his work with Joel Hanrahan.
Wilbur Miller will have an article going up this morning, and we’ll have the live game discussion this afternoon for JT Brubaker’s first start.
